Market decline

The market decline could continue another 10% and last at least another month

As explained in recent days by our Research Office, the decline in the markets could continue either until March or until June. This correction remains, as explained on several occasions, an extraordinary buying opportunity in the medium to long term, in accordance with the investment strategy initiated last January.

What to expect in the short term? On February 10, our monthly setup date expired and reached a relatively high level. The next date is between Friday 18 and Monday 21 February. Will a relative maximum also form on these dates and then continue to decline? It could be, it should be.

We will proceed step by step as usual.

Very short downtrend until we see a daily close above 4.173. Sustainable highs only with a weekly close above 4,250.

Ftse Eb Future

Very short downtrend until we see a daily close above 27.030. Sustainable highs only with a weekly close above 27,325.

S&P 500 Index

Very short downtrend until we see a daily close above 4.527. Sustained declines only with a weekly close below 4,401.
